- Entries close at 11.59pm on the Thursday before each draw. Entries after the cut-off roll into the following draw.

- We contact winners directly by email or phone, and publish results in a privacy-safe format on our winners page.
- Claims and unclaimed prizes
- Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes are donated to the charity’s work.
